Please join us as we celebrate the launch of Joy Viola’s book, From Schnitzel to Nockerln and Everything That Happened In Between.
Joy is a golden retriever enthusiast and longtime supporter of Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue.
Joy will be accompanied by her YGRR rescue, Apollo as she reads from her memoir detailing the world travels and adventures she enjoyed with her late husband, Alfred.
The book launch party is free and will include a light luncheon.
Copies of From Schnitzel to Nockerln and Everything That Happened In Between will be available for purchase. The event will include a book signing by Joy, and “pawtographing” by Apollo.
A portion of book sales will go toward the purchase of a stone marker for Guisachan, the Scottish ancestral home of the golden retriever.
